An animated series based on the popular European comics. Tintin, a young Belgian reporter, gets involved in various mysteries and adventures with his dog Snowy, his friends Captain Haddock and Professor Calculus, and the bumbling detectives, Thomson and Thompson. Tintin and his cohorts investigate jewel thefts, track kidnappers, solve murders, and find sunken treasure in journeys ranging from around the world to their own backyard.

Avanture Tintina (fr. Les Aventures de Tintin) je strip serijal belgijskog autora Georges Remi-ja (Žorž Remi) (1907-1983), koji ga je izdavao pod pseudonimom Hergé (Herže). Serijal se prvo počeo pojavljivati na deci posvećenim stranama belgijskog magazina Le Vingtième Siècle, naravno, na francuskom, još davne 1929. godine. Radnja se odvija u svetu koji je savršena replika našeg, oko Tintina, mladog belgijskog novinara i njegovog vernog foks-terijera po imenu Snowy (u originalnoj seriji, Milou). Vremenom su stripu dodavani novi likovi, kao što su mrgud i cinik, kapetan Haddock, inteligentni ali nagluvi profesor Calculus (Professeur Tournesol), i par neredovnih (ali ništa manje simpatičnih) likova kao što su nesposobni detektivi Thomson i Thompson (Dupond i Dupont). Hergé lično se često pojavljivao u stripu.
Takođe, za 2011. godinu je najavljen (još jedan) feature film - The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn. Biće urađen u, sada nadasve popularnoj, motion-capture tehnici (setite se prošlogodišnjeg Beowulf-a), režiraće ga Steven Spielberg, a efekte će potpisati Weta Digital (Peter Jackson-ova firma). Priča će biti adaptirana iz dva postojeća dela, objavljena 1940. godine: The Secret of the Unicorn i Red Rackham's Treasure.
