Adaptacija romana Yukia Mishime koja se bavi dubokim strastima, ali sa patološke tačke gledišta.
Psihihijatar, dr Shiomi vodi terapije sa svojom pacijenticom Reiko, koja je misteriozno prestala
da čuje muziku, a što je zapravo metafora za nemogućnost postizanja orgazma.
Psihijatar pokušava da je izleči (otkrije razlog njene frigidnosti)i tokom seansi otkriva mnoge stvari iz njene
prošlosti - strahove, strasti i iskustva koja su prikazana uzbudljivim, drastičnim slikama i metaforama...
