Tokom jednog majskog dana 2006. godine petnaestogodišnjak Martin Krosnes odlazi u centar Bergena da upozna dečaka istih godina sa kojim je ćaskao na mreži. Ispostavlja se da je navodni dečak muškarac od 39 godina, koji želi da odvede Krosnesa u svoju hotelsku sobu. Tinejdžer uspeva da se izvuče i poziva policiju, što dovodi do neočekivanih posledica. Ovim događajem započinje velika, međunarodna akcija razotkrivanja globalne mreže pedofila - Operacija: Izgubljeni dečak.
