Awkward. (2011)

"Awkward" is about the specific incidents in our formative years that define us -sometimes for the best and sometimes for the worst. The show centers around fifteen-year-old Jenna Hamilton, who, like many, feels invisible to her peers and desperately wants to find her place--which is hard to do in a day and age where fitting in means standing out. Unfortunately, Jenna's visibility comes on the heels of an accident that gives her a not-so-fun stigma. And while the stigma of her accident could be the curse of her life, Jenna's determined to make it her life's blessing.

Radnja:

Džena Hamilton je, zapravo, nevidljiva devojka u srednjoj školi, koja je mudrija u odnosu na njene vršnjake i koja ima optimističan pogled na svet. Ona ne smatra da je iznad svega, ona samo želi da se uklopi. Uzbuđena zbog početka nove školske godine, Džena ubrzo biva sluđena kada izgubi nevinost sa njenom simpatijom Metijem. Međutim, nevolje počinju kada on ne želi da objavi njihovu vezu. Stvari postaju sve gore kada misteriozno pismo dovede do velikog nesporazuma što prouzrokuje da svi misle da je Dženina nesreća neuspeli pokušaj samoubistva. Svaki njen korak napred nateraće je da načini i korak unazad, ali će vas njeni postupci u svakom slučaju nasmejati. Dok se Meti i Džejk (Metijev najbolji drug koji se iznenada sprijateljio sa Dženom) trude da nađu put do njenog srca, ona će naučiti da nekada nije sve u dobijanju onoga što želiš, već u dobijanju onoga što ti je zaista potrebno, i da čak i luzeri mogu da žive kao u bajci!
