Film se temelji na noveli "t.A.T.u. Come Back" od ruskog političara i pisca, Alekseya Mitrofanova i Anastasiye Moiseeve iz 2006. godine, koja je napisana u obliku 374 SMS poruke između dvije lezbijke. U filmu glumi kompletna postava ruske pop grupe t.A.T.u. Kino premijera je održana 3. veljače u Rusiji i Kazahstanu., a u Americi je film izašao na DVD-u 1. siječnja 2012.
