Опис:

Heading west for his health, Colonel Lambeth takes his daughter Rill along. Lost on the desert they are saved by Pecos and Chito. The Colonel hires the two and the Lambeths soon find themselves mixed up in Pecos' trouble. Pecos has killed Sawtelle's brother and Sawtelle as head of the vigilantes is after him.

U trećoj filmskoj adaptaciji istoimenog romana Zane Greya troje bogataša
napušta urbanu sredinu i putuje na Divlji zapad gdje vladaju druga pravila.

Pukovniku Lambethu doktor preporuči više kretanja i zraka pa njegova kćer Rill odluči
da napuste Chicago i otputuju u Texas gdje imaju ranč. Već pri dolasku poštanska kočija
u kojoj putuju Rill, njezin otac pukovnik Lambeth i Rillina francuska kućna pomoćnica Suzanne
bude opljačkana, a jedan od vozača ubijen. Kad stignu, za početak troje došljaka odsjednu
u gradskom hotelu, a potom se zapute prema svom posjedu. Kako bi tamo i stigli,
putem im pomognu Pecos i njegov prijatelj Chito koje pukovnik i zaposli da mu pomognu
