Pokretač i administrator ozloglašenog Internet foruma 4chan iz kojega je iznikao pokret Anonymous, je Christopher Pool, poznatiji kao moot. Poole je u internetskoj anketi Timea proglašen najutjecajnijom osobom današnjice, ostavivši iza sebe moćnike kao što su Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin i Oprah Winfrey.
