Kroz flashback strukturu film nam priča priču o Ludvigu,
visokom činovniku i njegovoj ženi Ani.
Po povratku sa jednog prijema dolaze kući gdje zatiču
sopstveni stan ozvučen prislušnim uređajima. Pred njima je
besana noć koju uglavnom provode optužujući jedno drugo.
Zora donosi preokret u priči koja čini Kahinjin film gorkom pričom
o svemu onome što će vladavina komunističke birokratije
tek donijeti njihovoj zemlji.
'Ucho' je jedan od značajnijih čeških filmova zabranjenih
