Mlada bogatašica u vlaku upoznaje ženu koja zatim tajanstveno nestane

Pri povratku kući vlakom Iris Carr zadobije udarac u glavu. Kada se osvijesti upozna se sa gospođicom Froy. No kada gospođica Froy nestane svi putnici tvrde kako gospođica Froy nije tu nikada ni bila te da ju je Iris vjerojatno umislila. Iris je uporna i tu se priča počinje razotkrivati.
