Опис:

Mađarski crno-bijeli igrani film snimljen u režiji Karolyja Makka i premijerno prikazan početkom 1971. godine. Po žanru je drama i predstavlja adaptaciju dviju pripovjetki Tibora Déryja. Radnja se događa početkom 1950-ih kada je Mađarskom vladao Rakosijev staljinistički režim. Protagonistica, čiji lik tumači Mari Törőcsik je učiteljica čijeg je muža (koga glumi Iván Darvas) uhapsila tajna policija, a koja, iako ni sama ne zna ništa o njegovoj sudbini, muževoj ostarjeloj i smrtnoj bolesnoj majci (koju glumi Lili Darvas) krivotvori pisma i priča laži o tome da on u Americi snima film.
