Mestece blizu meje med Tajsko in Burmo. Roong komaj čaka dan, ko bo lahko znova sama s svojim ljubimcem Minom, ilegalnim imigrantom iz Burme. V času njene odsotnosti najame starejšo žensko Orn, da skrbi za Mina, ki ima nenavadno kožno bolezen, sama medtem išče kraj, kjer bi bila lahko srečna.
