Dokumentarna drama o dvjema sestrama kojima otac dopusti izlazak iz kuće tek u dvanaestoj godini života. Dvije dvanaestogodišnje sestre blizanke Massoumeh (Massoumeh Naderi) i Zahra (Zahra Naderi) žive s ocem (Ghorban Ali Naderi) i slijepom majkom u siromašnom dijelu Teherana. No, Massoumah i Zahra, za razliku od svojih vršnjaka, nikad nisu izašle iz kuće. Otac ih, naime, ne pušta same jer djevojčice nemaju žensku pratnju. Međutim, nakon što susjedi prijave slučaj socijalnoj službi koja naredi ocu da drukčije odgaja svoju djecu, sestre napokon dobivaju prigodu upoznati vanjski svijet. Njihovoj sreći i oduševljenju nema kraja"
