Филмот е направен во целосна соработка со семејството на Ајртон Сена кое даде согласност ова да биде првиот документарец за неговиот живот, а и во соработка со менаџментот на Формула 1 кој обезбеди снимки кои претходно не се видени, како и во соработка со институтот “Ајртон Сена“, добротворната фондација воспоставена по неговата смрт, која обезбедува образовни можности за милиони сиромашни деца во Бразил.
