Pulse (1988)

Ovaj znanstveno-fantastični triler pokazuje nam što se dogodi kad struja dobije svijest, postane zla i svakodnevne spravice pretvori u zle ubojice.

11-godišnji David Rockland (Joey Lawrence) dolazi u Los Angeles iz ruralnoga Colorada kako bi proveo ljeto sa svojim ocem (Cliff De Young) i pomajkom (Roxanne Hart). Dok se pokušava prilagoditi ubrzanom ritmu gradskog života i smjestiti se u očevu domu, David osjeća stalni strah. Zvukovi modernog života previše su za njega pa čak i uobičajeno zujanje hladnjaka ili klime. Njegova napetost i strah uvjerili su ga da je kuća živa. Vjeruje da će neobjašnjive „nezgode“ sa strujom koje ih teroriziraju biti sve učestalije i da su on i njegova obitelj osuđeni na propast ukoliko ne brzo ne pobjegnu od „glasova u žicama“.
