Опис:

Protagonisti, koje tumače Rock Hudson i Doris Day, su inženjer plejboj Brad Allen i dekoraterka Jan Morrow, koji se nikada nisu sreli, ali se ipak poznaju s obzirom da su sticajem okolnosti delili telefonsku liniju, pri čemu je Jan razvila duboku antipatiju prema Bradovom životnom stilu. Radnja prikazuje kako se Brad u nju, nakon što ju je slučajno sreo, zaljubi, te je pokuša zavesti stvarajući lažni identitet teksaškog naftnog tajkuna, i izazivajući niz peripetija u kojima će Jan pomagati njen feminizirani najbolji prijatelj (koga tumači Tony Randall).
