"Polin na plaži" je treći film serijala "komedije i poslovice" francuskog režisera Erika Romera. Polin (Amanda Langle) je tinejdžerka i rođaka naizgled prefinjenije i senzibilnije Marion (Arijel Dombal). Obe devojke bivaju upletene u ljubavne avanture dok se odmaraju na plaži. Postepeno se pokazuje da je Marion najnesposobnija da se obuzda, dok Polin sazreva nakon svojih letnjih iskustava. Prosto je neverovatno kako Erik Romer može od najkonvencionalnijeg i najprostijeg materijala da stvori nešto tako šarmantno i duboko kao što je film "Polin na plaži".
