Film poznatiji pod skraćenim naslovom Antonio das Mortes (Antonio smrti ili Antonio koji donosi smrt) je brazilski igrani film snimljen 1969. godine u režiji Glaubera Roche. Predstavlja svojevrsni prednastavak Rochinog filma Deus e o Diabo na Terra do Sol. Naslovni protagonist, čiji lik tumači Maurício do Valle, jagunço, profesionalni ubica specijaliziran za likvidacije cangaceirosa, odmetnika u sertaosima, sušnim oblastima sjeveroistočnog Brazila, a koga moćnici grada Jardim de Piranhas angažiraju da ukloni prijetnju koju predstavlja Coirana (čiji lik tumači Lorival Pariz), karizmatski vođa seoskih mistika koji štuju Svetog Jurja. Radnja prikazuje kako Antonio obavi zadatak, ali istovremeno shvati kako je Coirianin motiv bila društvena pravda, te se priključi njegovim sljedbenicima i od bivših poslodavaca traži da siromašnim seljacima predaju hranu, a što ga dovede u sukob sa donedavnim kolegama i masovnog krvoprolića.
