Najmlađi ludi naučnik još od junaka FRANKENHOOKERA-a otkriva drogu koja bol pretvara u vrhunsko zadovoljstvo. Isprobava je na tri devojke, nesvesne toga šta su dobile, i ono što sledi je orgija samosakaćenja: jedna od devojaka odseca svoje usmine i bradavice, druga uranja šaku u vrelo ulje i jede svoje ispržene prste, a potom i oko koje viljuškom vadi iz duplje, dok se treća upušta u kanibalski seks...
