Jessica je mlada žena koja u društvu svoga supruga i prijatelja dolazi u mali gradić započeti novi život. Makar neznamo nikakvu pozadinsku priču, očito je da je simpatična Jessica imala psihičkih problema. Ulazeći u kuću koju su kupili, nailaze na beskućnicu koju prihvaćaju kao da im je prijateljica, te je pozivaju da još par dana živi sa njima.
