Бретања, 1980-ти. Група пријатели кои копнеат за возбуда емитуваат бесплатна радиостаница од нивниот роден град во внатрешноста. Џером ја води станицата со уникатна харизма, додека Филип, технички гениј, живее во сенката на Џером, неговиот голем брат. Кога е повикан на воена служба, Филип нема друг избор освен да замине во Западен Берлин. Тој е решен да продолжи да емитува, но сфаќа дека штотуку ги живеел последните славни моменти од светот на работ на истребување.
