Michel (Jacques Gamblin), Gerard (Kad Merad) i Edmond (Rufus), tri su četrdesetogodišnjaka koje povezuje jedna sramotna tajna, oni, naime, nisu završili srednju školu. No, kada se zbog zatvaranje tvornice u kojoj su bili zaposleni zadnjih dvadeset godina, nađu bez posla, oni odluče ispraviti greške iz mladosti i konačno položiti završni ispit.
