Ed Vinters je veganski aktivista čiji se Jutjub kanal „Earthling Ed” fokusira na edukaciju gledalaca o suštini veganstva, pre svega kroz ulične intervjue. Ed je suosnivač organizacije za prava životinja Surge, organizacije za prava životinja posvećene stvaranju sveta u kome je saosećanje prema svim živim bićima norma. Njihov cilj je širenje znanja, edukacija javnosti i formiranje mirne opozicije onima koji eksploatišu životinje. Surge je posvećen pozitivnoj izgradnji zajednice, timskom radu i ukidanju iskorišćavanja životinja.
