Pierre Durois is a bumbling school teacher with an eye for the older female students; his father is a reputable surgeon who is running for Mayor. There's a film shooting crew in town and the paparazzi are around too. Zaney antics follow with typical French coincidences to heighten the comic elements.

Pierre je nastavnik matematike u ženskoj gimnaziji. Stalno upada u smešne
situacije zbog svoje pitome prirode i spremnosti da pomogne svima.
Na snimanju filma koje se dešava u gradu, upoznaje slavnu glumicu,
stiče njenu naklonost i provodi noć s njom. Ali nehotice sve o tome
kaže lokalnom novinaru i to osvane u novinama pod skandaloznim
naslovom - "Kako sam proveo noć sa zvezdom".
Pierre postaje slavan (i među učenicama), glumica je besna,
a Pierrov otac lekar i kandidat za gradonačelnika smešta Pierra
u bolnicu kako bi umanjio skandal. Ali Pierre beži iz bolnice...
