Popularni pevač Russ Raymond iznenada napušta karijeru i nestaje. Prijavljuje se u mornaricu pod drugim imenom: Tommy. Međutim, to otkriva novinarka Dorothy i prati ga kako bi ga snimila i otkrila svetu njegov novi identitet.
