"Izvještaj o ranom sazrijevanju" je njemački erotski film iz 1973. godine. Urađen je po šemi serije filmova "Izvještaj o školarkama" ("Schulmädchen-Report" - ili kako je kod nas još prevedeno "Istinite priče") i može se smatrati pseudo-izvještajem, pošto je istinitist upitna.

U devet priča, publici se govori o iskustviima nekih rano sazrelih adolescenata, a narator se javlja prije pojedinačnih priča, izvještavajući o onome što navodno doživljava kao socijalni radnik i s kakvim se sve nevjerovatnim slučajevima mora baviti.
