Jedina nada da se od sigurne smrti spasi važan naučnik, kome ugrušak krvi preti moždanim udarom, jeste da se petočlana lekarska ekipa minijaturizuje zajedno sa plovilom i ubrizga u krv pacijenta, te tako krvotokom krene prema ugroženom delu mozga. I tako, jedno retko korišćeno poprište Sci Fi zbivanja ljudsko telo postaje pozornica dinamičnih pustolovina, punih neobičnih obrta. Zaplet postaje dodatno složen okolnošću da je jedan član ekipe lekara, u stvari, saboter, ali njemu će na kraju doći glave majušna odnosno, u ovom slučaju ogromna antitela koja će ga satrti kao uljeza.
