Trio stručnjaka za paranormalno useljava se na nekoliko dana kod obitelji koja ima očigledne probleme sa duhovima. Neugodnosti su počinjale i ranije, ali su se nakon seljenja u novi stan uvelike pogoršale. U stanu živi otac sa svoje dvoje djece – kćerkom koja ulazi u pubertet i malim dečkićem, a po naznakama uz njih je i duh njegove poginule supruge.

Španjolski horror film sniman na engleskom jeziku, kombinacija je duhova i found footage koncepta.
