In broad daylight, a female executive is attacked and killed by a strange bird at the center of a modern city. An angelic and innocent looking young woman casually gets involved in the murder. Right away, a persecution begins including different characters that raise issues as transcendent as violence in the contemporary world, public insecurity, and the great need of productive investment in developing countries with an absurd angle and an important satiric content.
