Doctor in the House je britanska filmska komedija snimljena 1954. godine u režiji Ralpha Thomasa. Temelji se na istoimenom romanu Richard Gordona, koji je također sudjelovao u pisanju scenarija. Protagonist, koga tumači Dirk Bogarde, je Simon Sparrow, mladi student medicine, a radnja kroz niz vinjeta prazi niz komičnih pustolovina tokom školovanja u fiktivnoj londonskoj klinici. Doctor in the House je doživio veliki uspjeh, a od Bogardea učinio jednom od najvećih zvijezda tadašnje britanske kinematografije. Godine 1955. je snimljen nastavak pod naslovom Doctor at Sea, odnosno naslov iz filmske serije koja će se snimati sve do 1966. godine.
