DMT: The Spirit Molecule dokumentarac je iz 2010. godine, koji kao osnovu uzima istoimenu knjigu doktora Ricka Strassmana. On je krajem prošlog stoljeća proveo vjerojatno jedino koliko-toliko temeljito testiranje ove supstance na ljudskim volonterima, te bilježio njihovo zdravstveno stanje, ali i posljedice koje DMT ostavlja na njihovu psihu.
