Film „Proganjanje Meri je mračni film u HBO produkciji, sa Megi Smit u ulozi Meri, starije žene koja posećuje nekad grandioznu palatu u Londonu, da bi oživela uspomenu na događaj iz mladosti koji joj je promenio život. Meri posećuje palatu u koju je nekad često pozivana na elegantne zabave kada je tek bila mladi novinar u usponu. Džo (Deni Li Vinter) je mladi kućepazitelj prazne palate, koji dozvoljava Meri da uđe unutra i postaje joj bliski prijatelj kojem može da se poveri. Film „Proganjanje Meri prati film „Džoova Palata, koji je režirao i za koji je napisao scenario Stiven Poljakov.
