Džek, njegova supruga Lia i njihov najbolji prijatelj Nilom su zaposleni u agenciji za zaštitu okoline na Aljasci.Obavljajući svakodnevne zadatke, prijateljima će jednog dana zapretiti nalet lavine. Džek će nastradati pod naletom snega, a Nil će uspeti da spasi Liu.
