The once famous and well respected scientist Zorndyke has bred a new genre of living being, one that thrives on the oceans and lives to destroy humans. U bliskoj budućnosti okeani su porasli a sve zemlje i većina velikih gradova sveta sada su na dnu okeana. Čovečanstvo ima novog neprijatelja Zorndika i njegovu vojsku morskih stvorenja.Majami Kino dobija novi zadatak da nagovori Tetsua Hajamijada se ponovo priključi Plavoj floti.
